The Soloosion engineers perform a variety of finite element analyses to investigate how designs hold up against applied loads, vibrations, thermal distribution and computational fluid dynamics. We want to see how components interact in best- and worst-case scenarios, before we start engineering.

Core Technical Competencies

Printed Circuit Board Prototyping

Design of printed circuit boards (external suppliers for fabrication). Able to hand assemble small quantities in very short times and able to coordinate automated production (with external suppliers) for larger quantities

Breadboarding

Able to assemble working prototype hardware from off the shelf components in order to validate a concept and determine detailed functional requirements before committing to the expense of a printed circuit board design

Urethane Casting

When our clients need low volumes of production-level quality pieces but do not have the budet or schedule to build a full injection mold base, the Soloosion Engineers will support their clients in developing silicone molds from a 3D printed master pattern of the part design.

CNC Machining

A tried and true prototyping technology, CNC machining can provide quick-turn functional prototypes for testing and analysis. The Solosion Engineers can support you by owning this process and its details so that you don't need to.

3D Printing with Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

When 3D printing a component that must be rugged enough to withstand functional or semi-functional testing, the Soloosion Engineers will 3D print your designs using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM).

3D Printing with Stereo Lithography (SLA)

When verifying part designs that contain fine features that require high-resolution prototyping, the Soloosion Engineers will 3D print your designs using Stereo Lithography (SLA).
